So my Lumia 1020 has been overheating and restarting on holiday. It has also not been in direct sunlight etc etc. I went out for a meal leaving my phone at home. No one had access and the phone was in the same place it was left. When I got home the screen was smashed really badly. I wondered if this was a known problem at all? I have no idea what has happened to it and I feel the over heating could be an issue. The phone was on charge at the time. Please can someone help. Thanks Tom
