Hello,
I bought a phone samsung galaxy S4 from ebay. It was written that this phone is unlocked. I came to europe, but unfortunately other sim cariers do not work. What will happen if I will make factory data reset? Or default system reset? If it becomes unlocked or not?
Thank you.

Hi,
The phone should not need any factory reset, if it is unlocked. I suggest you to contact the phone seller.
